“HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD FOR?”
— The Turnbull opens at 11:00am for vendor access. Clients then have until 11:59pm to set up, have their event and break down.
“WILL I HAVE AN ON-SITE CONTACT?”
— After you book, you will have a venue manager to assist you through the entire process. Our managers will help you with any venue related issues, and will be there on the day of the event to make sure everything goes as planned. It is important to note our managers are not event planners.
“CAN I HAVE MY REHEARSAL AT THE TURNBULL?”
— Absolutely. If there are no schedule conflicts, we would be happy to provide a one-hour block for a ceremony rehearsal. And, if you are interested in having a rehearsal dinner in our space for you wedding the following day, just let us know and we an offer a discount for a multi-day rental.
“DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST?”
— We have quite a few vendors that we love working with & will gladly recommend. However, you are not locked in to using these vendors only. We do require a licensed caterer & bartender, however.
“WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?”
— — We have 7 spots reserved for the building at all times, after those spots are taken, you and your guests can use the available street & pay-to-park public parking options in the area, surrounding the venue to accommodate your event. The available public parking has been able to accommodate our events in the past and we are closely located to a number of different hotels that offer parking garages/lots as well.
“DOES THE TURNBULL OFFER DAY-OF COORDINATION? ”
— — While our venue managers are not meant to be your wedding planner, The Turnbull does require an event planner or on-site day-of contact in its rental contract. Please inquire for recommendations!
