Winter 2019 | Styled Shoot

It was a little over a year ago when we got to sit down with Jaime (Our Ampersand Photography) and Sarah (Southerly Flower Farm) to dream up our first ever styled shoot. It’s hard to believe almost 12 months later, we got the opportunity to work with these wonderful ladies once again!

Whenever we work with vendors, we love the chance to offer a blank canvas to allow their creativity to shine and this shoot was no exception. For our winter styled shoot, something as simple as the seamless background paper created the perfect, warm but modern blank slate to highlight Southerly’s dreamy install. This created the ideal setting to shoot models and our IRL couple, Timothy & Candace and just made for a fun shoot day. Our goal was to showcase the space with a larger, focal backdrop piece that could easily be used behind a wedding ceremony altar and then repurposed for the reception, whether if it were to be a photo booth for guests or the backdrop for the bridal table. Imagine all the fun looks that could be created with a simple Amazon purchase and talented florist?! What color would you choose?
